Thanks a million to Joe for doing such a great job taking care of me for those first few days after my surgery while I was camped out on his livingroom floor in and out of my Percoset stupor, and for letting Emit (my dawg) come stay with me! He supplied that endless trail of popsicles, bottled water, meds every 4 hours, took Emit outside, and basically took care of my every need.

Then i had another surgery a week later. This one wasn't so bad, however i was still down for a few days with some discomfots....

and this writing being on day 23 of the tonsillectomy.... I was pretty much 'down' for a full 3 weeks. In general tuckered and tired out and some pain but nothign excruciating.... none the less, Joe ran errands for me, drove me everywhere as long as i was on meds. I know this threw a wrench in all of his run-of-the-mill clockworks.... and took out of his schedule for school and both jobs. I have never had anyone care for me so much or so well when in need like this. What a nice change it was!!!
